I honestly didn't listen properly and thought OP was a girl. You know, the whole "other women being jealous because Op is thinner" thing... Somehow a person trying to "fatten up" someone of the opposite gender makes it even more icky. Even without OP's allergies and medical issues, this whole thing is so strange. Even if OP had had an ED, pushing food onto them would not have made anything better. On the contrary, it could have made it worse.

it wasn't about the food. peg has control issues and doesn't like being told no. a normal person would offer a couple times, then either give up or realize that their food isn't wanted. peg turned it into a battle of wills, to impose her will on OP. if i was OP i would accept all the food and give it to a coworker friend and let peg lose money after she didn't get the hint for the 100th time.

So, Peg is creating an uncomfortable work environment for OP by trying to force him to eat? That's toxic. What needs to be said: "Peg, how do you know whether or not OP is allergic to the things you give him? Additionally, I didn't know you we're I dietician! Oh ... Oh, you're not? Then how do you know OP is underweight? Because... You'd have to be their doctor to know that, and the last time I checked, you're just a lady who works in a cubical. OP said stop, they've had to repeat it multiple times. How much more will it take for you to realize that they don't want, nor need, your help?" To the boss: "Frankly what Pam is doing files as harassment. OP has said no COUNTLESS TIMES, and yet no one takes it seriously. If a man was doing this to a woman, you would write them up, would you not? So, that being said, why is it okay for Pam to harass and force feed OP?" ADDITIONALLY, I would take this to people over the Boss's head, with OP's permission of course. Boss needs to be let go or demoted.

If someone is so skinny because they can barely eat anything, I am super respectful of that. And if its so bad they cannot trust anything they didn’t make themselves, that's how it is. I'd still try to be inclusive, like, "hey, this is flourless if you feel like living dangerously, but no pressure," or "you want a share for your boyfriend?" This shit is horrible. OP said everyone already knew, but being blatant about obvious stuff is one of the best ways to get people to either back down or show their true colors. He could've still been nice about it too, like "I'm sorry Peg, I know you mean well, but I think you forgot that I'm severely allergic to [insert food here] and keep such a strict diet because I can't eat all the things you consider fun." If she backs down, it's a win. If she goes off about the allergies being fake or whatever and keeps trying to force-feed him, then it's even more clearly harassment that no one can try to wave off.

His reasoning of it being too hard for his little feelings of not wanting to see the Ex if he did things with the kid is weak and lame. Especially if they can just consider it as you being "pointlessly picky" and "just eat it already!" I don't accept food from people as I can't guarantee cross-contamination or how old the food is. I have a severe histamine intolerance and leftovers are very bad for me. People get pissy about this as I am wasteful by not eating leftovers. I don't cook or prepare enough to result in leftovers. HR was exactly the right place to go, because the boss did nothing. You aren't meant to only support the workers you like. You are meant to support all of your workers evenly.
