For the person with anxiety I used to suffer from it too from public speaking. Would shake like a leaf every time I had to and it never got better until I did three things to overcome it for myself. I took an acting class to understand how to control my body and voice. When speaking I started focusing on the subject and why I was passionate about the topic and less on myself and the last thing was recognizing and being comfortable with talking about my vulnerabilities when speaking. Hope that helps someone else like me.

In regards to the fellow whos dealing with the sexual harassment- I would suggest either talking to one of the people who works there or next time she does it, call her out. I know you don't want to 'call her out' or or make a scene or 'have her take the fall,' but the thing is, she already made her choice. She isn't 'taking the fall,' she needs to be held accountable for her actions. What she's doing is inappropriate and unwanted. This is textbook harassment- especially if you were to disregard the genders and just look at it as what's happening between two people. Furthermore, looking at how it's impacted him and how he's contemplated not going, yikes!! She needs to stop. You're doing nothing wrong dude, she's in the wrong and it's not bad for you to make her actions apparent, because she's already made her choice.
