My 8 Year Transformation | Mike Thurston - Aged 18-26

This is a brief look into my fitness journey over an 8 year period. Starting from the age of 18 when I joined a gym and followed a basic, yet reasonably effective training routine, to where I am today at 26 years old.
I tried to keep it as short as possible but it's pretty hard to condense 8 years worth of training and personal history into a short video! Hope you guys enjoy!

Not true man. That must have happened to you after 7 years, not to me. Im his size and just as lean natural in less than 7 years, while also being just as strong if not stronger than him. I have been accused of juice ever since I started lifting. Even in my first year of lifting as a teenager at 15 I was accused of juice while eating junk food every single day and very little protein, and I looked better than 95 percent of naturals who were lifting for 10 plus years. Natural lifters VARY TREMENDOUSLY in size, strength, leanness, and strength. A lot of naturals look like garbage, while some look average, some above average, and some like amazing or like theyre on large amounts of juice, which is a huge variation which also depends on how hard you're training and how serious you're taking everything. You are very wrong to think you can't look like Mike naturally if you train very seriously and pay attention to your macros. You don't need supplements either because in the grand scheme of things they do almost nothing. Hes very lean at just over 200 and 6 foot tall. Very possible. Naturals bigger and leaner than him also man. He has amazing genes though and a strong work ethic so I give him a lot of credit. Im not saying he's natural though because obviously I dont know that. I'm just saying I know for a fact it's possible that he's natural.

  • @Ykobaissi23

Haha he was natural throughout his teenage years but due too the amount of competitions and his status as a KZread fitness model. It’s not “unnatural” too be on steroids if you compete and do it for a living(which he does and did) because all anobolic steroids do is reverse the catobolic effect so you produce more testosterone too RECOEVER MUSCLE faster you still have too weight train and apply stress and tension. Can’t sit on your ass and just inject 200 ml of test or trend. EVEB GUYS WHO OVER USE ROIDS AT THE GYM don’t look near as good they still carry a lot of fat or have no definition. He can’t be as open because it’s illegal but anyone in the IFBB/ BodyBuilding/KZread Fitness All reach extreme levels of competition we’re taking steroids is a even playing field it’s not who takes more it’s about who has the most esthetic and nicest looking physique and also who trains the hardest will show.
