Mike what you didn't discuss was how your tan has changed over the past 10 years. Ideal tanning locations, sun tan oil protocol, and how many sessions of front n back are ideal for maximizing color gains.

Exercising can be really hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.

At 10:06. Here's the secret to being happy--keep friends around. I feel that in 2014 through 2017 you isolated yourself too much, focusing too much on working out, working with clients and just being a housebound, isolated person. You didn't set up a friend network where you could vent, where you could relax and chill during the weekends or down times. So you looked to food for the comfort friends would've given you. You also tended to make another mistake--you concentrated all your emotional needs in your romantic relationships. That's also unhealthy because romantic relationships tend to break up, and when a break up happens, there goes 90% of your friendships. That's not good. What you learned to do in 2018 was not to put all your emotional eggs in one basket, and you set up a friend network. You socialized a lot more. And that kept you much more psychologically even-keeled, and you were happier as a result.

Mike Thurston here seems to have fallen for this fallacy. Nope. That's one of the surest paths to depression, anxiety and general unhappiness. No human being can be an island unto himself. The hardest thing is always social for me, aka girlfriend who I love but is hard to set boundaries with lifting. I love you Mike and I look forward to this personal content you make!

The early 30s are the period when you are the strongest. At least that's how I felt. You still have a good ten years ahead of you, but yes, the level of physical energy and, as I call it, "physical enthusiasm" for training, decreases with the approach of the 40's. When the early 40's come, you feel like your batteries are at 50%. You know you should train, you do it as an obligation but there is no more pleasure, and over time you work less and less. When that time comes, don't be tempted to take chemistry. You will be tempted especially if your earnings and status are still directly related to your appearance.

Great video- one thing I would say though, don’t obsess over your physique, there’s much more to life than obsessing over your physique. As long as you’re in good shape that’s the main thing, who cares if one year you aren’t quite as ripped etc.

NEVER gonna convince me you are lifetime Natty - @3:50 those arms and delts gives it away. Iv been training 28 years. So double the time of you and only got half the results and i would not exactly say iv got bad genetics. So that tells it all. But great physique. Cant take that away from you.
