@@raleemay I think I only get that flat stomach feeling if I diet as well as exercise, maybe intermittent fasting? I've lost 20 lbs since I started my journey, but still at least 30 to go, sigh, I just want to fit in my old clothes again, abs would just be a bonus...

@@lissyj4550 Thank you lol, yes his channel has lots of free workouts and that 14 day program I did is free. I believe he has an option to call and work with him personally as well, so that would be the paid option.

Have you ever done Pilates? OMG that is hard. And MadFit, have you seen her channel? Her workouts are hard. 😩 Lately I’ve just been walking my dog and riding my Bowflex bike for exercise. Hopefully one day I can add more exercises. I just started Weight Watchers and got an Apple Watch for Christmas to track my steps/exercises. 2021 here I come! 😂

Yesss we can do it! 2021 is our year! My mom lost a ton of weight with Weight Watchers and later she got extremely toned with water aerobics. I don't think I've ever tried Pilates, maybe I should! I only tried the Madfit's dance workouts and I was all over the place lol. Have you tried Pamela Reif or Caroline Girvan? They are so hard, I know Pamela has no breaks either, so you'll feel like having a heart attack after 5 minutes. Madfit just came out with a 30 day challenge for January and Blogilates started the 2021 21-day tone challenge, Emi Wong posted Slim Waist and Abs in 2 weeks challenge, maybe we should hop on board one of those...
