Well, I'm VERY glad to know that doing so many squats can actually make the butt SMALLER. I'm a pear shape and my butt, thighs, and "saddlebags" are big enough. I'm glad to know that I can squat to both tone up AND slim down. Thank you for the upload!

Great job of completing your challenge! I do weighted squats 3 times a week and I look forward to those days. Besides deadlifts, squats are my favorite exercise. Just keep up the good work!

Thank you :) I've always wanted to try weighted squats at the gym, but have been too chicken to do it. I worry that I can't get back up once I squat down or won't be able to put the bar on the rack lol, probably end up in one of those gym fail videos.

Dream or Pipe Dream definitely! I just want to be clear, the squats (in no particular order) ... 1. Normal stance 2. Jump squats 3. Squat side leg lift 4. Narrow stance 5. Squat kick back? 🤔

There is a big difference between before and after - and it was only a short period of time! Great result but it depends on the diet as well. Congratulations!

You defiantly have big time results there. I can see the difference. Thighs trimmer, abs flatter, butt firmer. 10 lbs is a great amount in a month. I'm totally taking this challenge, but only doing it every other day, i want to rest my muscles.

Well done. Keep up the great work.... You should do a walking lunges challenge. I am actually doing a squat challenge 300 a day until the end of the year.

Thank you! Lunges challenge could be a good idea! I'd probably have quads of steel by the end of it lol. I'm thinking of doing the skip rope 1000 jumps a day challenge next. Good luck with your challenge, I'm sure you will do amazing :)

@@LuneylandI so appreciate your response back. I hope I am not out of place but...... you should be careful with that the skipping challenge. Just make sure and consider the pros and cons before because its a high possibility you could damage your knees back or ankles badly if you don't have strong joints in your family. Or if you are over 30 . Everyone tells you about the performance but not the negatives that follow.

I definitely see a difference. It doesn’t look humongous cus you were already pretty trim to begin with but I can still tell just by looking. I see it mostly from the top of your torso down to your knees

do you any suggestions for stretches after squats because my thighs get sore/stiff next day and I lose interest after that.???? I tried several times and gave up every single time because of soreness.

I didn't do them all straight, I rested for a few minutes when I was really out of breath, so it was more like 4 sets of 25 straight 😅

I did them every day, but if I were to do it again, I would rest for sure to let the muscles recover.

Hey I really wanna know if squats make your thighs or butt bigger? I am afraid to do squats cuz my lower body is already heavy. I cant bear more thickness

Every body may react differently but in my case it made my thighs smaller. Probably because muscle burns fat. I have to say that there was a period of a week or 2 in the middle where it seemed to me everything especially my legs were getting thicker because they were just so swollen, but if you look at my before and after results you can clearly see my legs are thinner. As for my butt I don't think it grew at all, it was just a different shape, more lifted.

From helping 100s of people lost weight and reshape their body, I feel you had great results! Exactly what you can expect from that simple program. If you were to have the same discipline with your food, add a tiny bit of cardio, in 90 days you would be amazed at the results.

I think it was pretty hard, especially since when my muscles were really sore I couldn't go down all the way so my form suffered.
