I 100% agree with the park throwing that Lawsuit out. They all worked in the park they all knew the dangers AND they knew it was a thermal area. As someone who’s been to Yellowstone and goes Quite Frequently the rangers in Yellowstone warn people so much so that anyone who goes off path is kicked out of the park and fined. Its sad but it was 100% their fault
There's nothing better than a half day at work on a Friday, rollin' up a lil sumpin sumpin and story time with Swaggy! Let's goooo fam!
it was 100% definitely their own fault they fell into that hot river. the park is not responsible especially when you consider they knew the dangers of that park.
When you leave a designated trail, unprepared to do so, in any wilderness environment you are taking your life into your own hands. No disrespect but, while tragic, all three of these stories seem to be a case of "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes".

I fully agree, they could have found other ways
I 100% agree with the lawsuit being thrown out. As people have said, they not only worked there but it’s a known feature of the area. You yourself said that you’d make sure not to be out there with no light which demonstrates the fact that a reasonable person should understand that what they did was negligent. It’s awful, but this is unfortunately the result of very poor decision making on their part.
Great to see you, and as always, much love and respect !!! To 50k !!
Jumping over all holding hands means youre only as fast as the slowest person, that you hesitate cos youre worried about the timing, that your weight on impact on the soft ground is 3x heavier, and that anyone who trips and falls back, will take everyone else with them. It's difficult to understand why they did that.
Unfortunately I got to agree with the park. They have marked trails for a reason, that's the safe place to go. They can't have signs over every random inch of the forest, rivers, etc. At the end of the day those people choose to go off the trail, so any risk they put themselves in was on them.
😱 shockingly sad stories, may the lost rest in peace, 🙏 great video thanks swaggy 🖤

As employees they knew they were in a thermal area, if it was me I would've dipped the tip of my pinkie in the water before trying to jump over my finger would be burned by the water but that would be better than my whole body, people need to take responsibility for their own actions and choices. Make stupid decisions win stupid prizes.
Wow that's crazy
This, that and the third !
