My Dad took Cipro in late 2019 - early 2020 and deteriorated to the point that he committed suicide. He became uncharacteristically agitated and restless, paced around constantly, couldn't sleep, was in constant pain, lost lots of weight, and then finally hung himself in the bathroom on May 15th, 2020. He had my mother read the bible to him the night before he did it. He was an atheist so that should have been a red flag but I didn't know he was gonna do anything I just thought he was turning to spirituality because he was scared for his health. I have PTSD now because I was the one that found him that morning. Wanted to sue the company that makes Cipro but it's too late we've already cremated him.

My advice: If a doctor wants to prescribe Cipro for you, tell them you're allergic. I had a horrible reaction to it: stomach flu like symptoms, dizziness to the point I couldn't stand up, hives, itching, muscle and joint pain. There's a video on KZread about a man who lost the ability to fall asleep because of the damage done by Cipro to the part of his brain that regulates sleep. He died after several months of getting zero sleep.

I have that drug (Cipro) on my allergies list at every dr I see. I took exactly 1 pill years ago for an infection, and although I’ve never done drugs before, I can only assume the reaction I had was equivalent to an acid trip. Thankfully I only took the 1 pill, and the effects only lasted a day, but never again!! It’s used for anthrax poisoning, and if I somehow have that problem, maybe I’ll take it, but even then it’s doubtful. It was awful, and now I’m thanking the good Lord that’s the only side effect I had!

4:01 - Why does a tiny bean appear on Mr. Allen's chest for that one second? 😆If that's the "secret" of that video, it'd be the first secret I've ever found.

Hmm.. I've been prescribed Cipro twice; 2007 & 2012 for a bladder infection and a hematoma, respectively, the hema., in my mouth from (dental surgery)/: I've never any side effects. I should mention that I've had both a Type B and Type A aortic dissection '02 and '06, respectively and have a fake aorta; I also take a blood thinner so in both cases of infection, Cipro eliminated the infection within hours and I have been fine since. I turn 64 next year and plan for another 20 yrs of age., even the Covid 19 Coof can't touch me (lol) /: All I know is that I was healthy before my dissection and have recovered since/: Everyones body responds differently to medication no matter what it is., if you dwell on all the side effects you won't take anything. I don't worry about shit since I should've been dead in '06-- a 13 hr surgery and 8 days in acoma., nothing really matters, but what if it did? 🤔

That's so sad...I kind of understand what he means about that last statement. I was born with an autoimmune disease and it's destroyed so much of my body that I have been in pain every single day for 7 years. There's no chance it'll ever get better, but it will only get worse because my condition is aggressive, progressive, and incurable. Oye.
