With all thats been going my 2 and 2 roster has turned into 4 and 4 so get home on Wednesday and im so keen to get out there and your vids get me even keener. @@officialtassieboysprospecting indeed. It will take a good flood. Out here in the desert we get big flash floods every couple years. The exposed bedrock on my claim tends to capture new gold.

I clapped my hands and said ALLRIGHT when you found the nugget!!! It will be next winter before I get to play in the creek again. WE have a problem with BEAR-ZILLA, and Japanese Hornets. Great filming. Funny to see your backpack on while sniping. Guess you cover a lot of ground, but it must be very uncomfortable hiking in that suit? In Ca even staying in your suit for a lunch break gets hot!

some nice gold there young fella. you need a rope tied from bank to bank so you can get stabilized. When the water drops that whole area needs cleaning out. Glad that clust subsided. damn scary stuff.

Levi,you are blessed to have your wonderful family. And because you have such an unusual 'job'! Just keep a minimum of money in the banks, and no Security Boxes either. If it is on bank property, they can seize it legally under the "BAIL IN" rules. Always find some time to play with the kids, and have some laughs together. At 98+, I may be your oldest fan!

Very nice , good gold, how did the wetsuit go? Because i just picked up the sme one....went to the Gorge in Launceston, up near Duck Reach, cleared out a borehole in some bedrock, pan it and found very fine trace gold...going back for another look.

Here in the Northwest the snow is too thick to get to the river in the winter, the water is too cold, then there is always the Frost Giants you have to be concerned about :)

But can you concrete...

-What about a much longer snorkel with a floater at the end, could thát work....? Another thing is, some of those drone-shots with the horizon would look amazing with some undereksposing, up to three stops, but You will have to do some experiments to get it absolutely right.... -Just if You want to know....;)

I like to use the water to take away most of the weight of rocks too and the best thing is when it's flooded that's where the big rocks and gold is to start with.👍 did you find the video? I've got a one sluicing on crimbo day in a huge flood getting bigger all the time so I had to keep adjusting the sluice.👍💛✨🌟🍻 great video friend.

You have got me snipping, am still yet to find any gold snipping. There is gold in the creek, I mainly pan and sluice etc. The creek is in troplical north qld and its very steep with high waterfalls and good sections of exposed bed rock that is flat and slick. I have found 1 x 0.03g picker crevicing only. I am going to give it a real crack this year, its there just got to put the time in. At least the water temp is a bit better up here, being an ex Victorian I know how cold it gets down there and Tassie is even colder. Love the videos, keep up the good work and try not to freeze your assets off👍

Is your wetsuit effectively a dry suit? A normal wetsuit would continually drain warm water out when you stood up.

Kind of yes it doesn’t really let any water in they are a nice snugg fit like an extra layer of skin. Open-Cell wetsuit I believe they call them

Most country’s states provinces have a mineral resources website that can show old mines or alluvial gold workings on nearby rivers if start with that otherwise talk to others locally that may have experience in the industry

Casual $375 in gold for the day, not bad considering it’s a hobby rather than your day job!

Nice job, great vid you have a gift for videos and I can see a talent for a further in the media. I was at my creek (NSW) yesterday. I stayed well up the bank, I'm to old to be in cold water, well thinking about it I'm always in hot water at home with the missus so better off in the bush 🤠⚒🪒⚖⛏
