    I’m stalled at any weight loss , started 7.5 in 3 weeks any suggestions .

    Hey Nanette, Have you been tracking your calories or macros at all? Most of the time when I speak with people on GLPs who have stalled they aren't tracking and when they start they are shocked to find how little they are eating. Our metabolisms adapt to our caloric intake. So that means if you aren't eating enough eventually your metabolism is going to slow to the point that it only needs what you're eating. Once that happens the only way I've found to ramp your metabolism back up is to eat more, not less. Since being in a caloric deficit is the only way to lose body fat, If you are totally against tracking anything the only thing I can recommend is focusing on your protein intake.     @@mindypweightloss I know I haven’t been eating enough , but I have to watch my sugars cause of diabetes I’m on a pump and I have to count total carbs and I get exhausted just doing that 24-7 but I’m going to take your advise and make a plan . Your very helpful

    @nanettesilas6062 I wouldn't be where I am right now without meal planning. I hate it... it's time-consuming and annoying but without it, I go off track every single time. The funny thing is that it really doesn't take THAT much time... but I build it up in my mind every single week. 🤦‍♀️
