I am 5’7” and I was 207 when I started MJ last august (BMI over 30 - obese) and I lost 17 lbs in my first two weeks. My doc said that’s proof that it was a hormonal situation for me…I’m 54 and insulin resistant. I am 170 now, I’ve been stalled at this weight for about 5 weeks…I’m just keeping on…I eat ketovore and OMAD. Other than appetite suppressant, my side effects started about a month in. The main thing was vomiting 😮. I didn’t really feel sick, but I would just need to barf unexpectedly about 2-3 hours after I ate. I have been feeling a lot of nausea in the last 5 weeks…and diarrhea for the last week or so. It’s weird how the side effects change. Anyhow as of this week I’m going to try 10 days between shots bc I really don’t like this nausea- it’s caused me to actually call in sick twice. The appetite suppression is still pretty substantial. I started on 2.5, 2nd month to 5 and I’ve been on 7.5 since. Thanks for taking the time to provide your content and experience ❤

Thank you for sharing that you wished that you didn’t titrate up so quickly. I plan to take my time. I have one more 5 mg Zepbound to take this Friday. I asked my dr to keep me on 5mg for a second month since I’ve lost 15 lbs in since starting on 1/19/26 (6 weeks). The nurse said my dr had already approved to up me to 7.5 but he ok’d keeping me at 5 mg for another month. I go to see him at the end of the month to discuss what we will do next. I started semiglutide February 14th ... Ive lost about 6 lbs so far...im using compound pharmacy, I'm hoping its just as good as the name brand! Im nervous 🙀💗 ty for your channel 🙂

Zepbound: Week 2.5 for 2.5 MG. I have had light Indigestion comes and goes,mild constipation and fatigue which comes and goes (Electolites✔). Food chatter is 90% gone. Riding the wave! baby!! 💪 Thanks for all of the advise!!

Just started week 3. Mild constipation for one day the first week. Mild diarrhea day after the 3rd shot.

I love ginger chews but they are very sugary. I can’t find the link to the ones you showed/mentioned, did I miss it? Just beginning my Mounjaro Journey, so excited! I’m taking for T2 diabetes. Lost 8 lbs on 2.5. Just started .5. Will see how it goes. First week I had all side effects and didn’t care if I ate or no.

Just back from picking up my Zepbound and the card didn't work. Had to pay full price out of pocket (Kaiser). However I did find the Lilly reimbursement form. Hopefully I get half back.

Can you drink alcohol while on Mounjaro? I am new to this but your video is soooo useful!

I’m on zepbound for one week and I lost 10 lbs I do one meal a day the reason I’m not hungry at all. I do drink one gallon of water a day. I feel good no side effects thank god.

Update on coupon problem: I was able to process my zepbound manufacturer’s coupon today !!! Finally! Picked up my 10 mg. Have lost 55 pounds! Super grateful for my coupon working

I havent lost anything yet on zepbound. Already up to 7.5. Definitely has impacted my appetite. Notveating any sugar or starches. Lots of water. May not be able to keep going at this rate.

I didn't experience any side effects my first weak, but I did have the appetite suppression

The tape measure works on Android also it's not just iOS

I have had an improvement in my depression and add, since taking zepbound. So far 6 weeks in and it has nothing to do with confidence due to weight loss because I haven’t lost that much weight but I just feel like I am able to think and focus more. I feel like this is helping me in more ways than just food and weight. It’s unbelievable but it’s true.

I am with you!! I have been on it weeks and my depression has lifted and I can focus more. I was always sad over my eating habits and felt i had zero control. Zepbound has been literally an answer to prayer for me

LMNT helped my headaches so much. They were/are brutal when I don't take.

I give up.with my insurance. I saw a video about you talking about compounds can I please get that info. I've spent too much money my soul is hurting now

I am on 12.5 on mounjour I take my shot on Thurs and as of now There is a nationwide shortage on all of them I am a wreck 😢 I have family coming in from the UK and they can even get it for me.

I'm using LifeMD. They prescribe both and work with your insurance for you. It has been great so far. My insurance did deny me but the compounded Tirzepatide has been great from there pharmacy.

I'm on week 3 now 2.5 I had dreadful fatigue up to week 3 but now I just get the fatigue the day after my jab then it goes due to titrate to 5mg this week I'm dreading in case it comes back for days I also get very cold odd days just a bit of nausea good luck

And the fact that those who understand how weight loss works understand the actual fat loss from that 11lb is likely only around 2lb. With the rest being water weight loss due to decreased glycogen. And also likely a lowered salt intake.
