EDM is Electronic Dance Music. It is often synonymised with a specific subset of Progressive House or Progressive Trance but that's only a relatively recent thing. EDM is really an umbrella term for all, well, electronic dance music.

Depeche mode is EDM ??? is electronic is music and you can dance to it, same for ex. 50 Cent - In the club you can say is EDM..

Honestly when i read something „seemed slightly off“ - i think on something like timing, or time signature. Thanks for your feedback. Nothing about the tonality - i might be wrong in what i understood🤷🏻♂️🙈

@@QuantumLeapJus21 Colombian schools and colleges teach english and if you're really interested in learning the language you can continue practicing at home watching movies, tv series, KZread channels, listening to music, reading blogs, etc. Internet makes it really easy . They even taught me some french. 😉

@@keiztrat9109 Covers get copyright claims. The funny thing is that 'Children' is the only song that has received a claim so far. Copyright claims aren't strikes so you can keep the video posted but you will share the revenues or, in some cases, you won't receive anything. I was just trying somehing out and didn't work. My bad.

You can get copyright claimed from using the same notes. Usually not from the original owner, but viscous autoclaim bots. Every single song here used a wrong note here and there, and it slightly annoyed me. It annoys me more you only noticed it with 'Children', when they *all* had subtle note changes.

Always ALWAYS more (early!!) 90s old school. There's never enough. Bring it back please. Early 90s was the last diverse non-commercial not-corporate-infested era of pop music in Europe.

The original song is by Peter Allen - “I go to Rio”, which was sampled by Chocolate, then covered by Mystic. Coldplay used the sample and credited Peter Allen as a co-writer.

No, it's a 1990 song, "Ritmo de la Noche" by the German band Chocolate, covered in the same year by Mystic. Coldplay and Chocolate take the initial piano chords of "I go to Rio" by Peter Allen (1976)

Peter Allen’s “I go to Rio” is the first iteration I can find in 1976. Several versions of the exact same chords/riff whatever it’s called have come out since then. Coldplay is one of them, ritmo de la noche wasn’t the first by any means
