Is the individual who is being sentences to death, the individual who actually killed? One State came close to putting to death two individuals who were granted a stay just days before they were to be put to death. And in their new trials, found not to be at fault. So are we making the correct decision on the right suspect? Only God knows that answer.

I find most of these comments sickening. I’ll bet every last one of these “to hell with the defendants feelings” call themselves a Christian. All you want is vengeance and it’s not yours to have. Nothing will bring back those people who were murdered. You’re just destroying another family in your quest for vengeance.
