Stinney was such a small boy-he couldn’t have killed the 2 girls. His case is why CP needs to be in cases where there is NO doubt.

the problem with that idea is that the people in that courtroom had no doubt he was guilty. That's almost always the case with capital punishment. The people charging the defendant with capital murder are completely convinced of the defendant's guilt. No one ever charges people with capital murder thinking "maybe." That's why capital punishment needs to go completely. The court cannot be trusted with it

@@gavinsimmonsmccullum4219 I’m in Australia where it was abolished in the early 1970’s. Last man hanged here was later proven innocent.

What if it happens when a person is defending themselves, family, or in a crazy situation that happens all the time these days? If you take a life in real defense should it still come to eye for an eye? If done on purpose or a situation where your actions hurt or kill someone i completely agree with you!

Surprise ending his Heavenly Father has horns and swims in pools of lava.😂… dude tried so hard to act good and religious so he could escape execution, if only it was that easy most inmates would be forgiven and kill again if given an opportunity. NOPE . Flip that switch. Everyone pays at the end
