Sir doctor prescribed my sight as 2.50 in right and 2.70 in left but while subjective refration doctor asked me which lense is better but i couldn't say correctly which i could see clearly in my right eye .i think not such big difference between the two but if i say wrong could it cause any problem or my eye can adjust to it?

Sir, correct me if i'm wrong, based in my experience, the px would see the target become smaller but clearer when overminused and from your past lesson , when overminused, there s a tendency to make the px to become hyperopic. That's why we should do the " least minus and maximum plus in making the prescription...but may i ask, what about in cases of hyperopic, is there such as overplus when we hqve to choose the maximum plus and is it the same response frm the patient that they see the target becme smaller..when should we stop in adding plus lenses in hyperopic, how do we knw that is is the best plus sphere in hyperopic..thank you so much

Correct one thing.. when you will make your patient over minused..objets or optotypes will get smaller, In contrast when you will make your patient overplused, it will take that patient towards sort of myopia, but it will cause magnification always, and the reason is the specific type and manufacturing of plus lens, which always cause magnification. To choose best plus or best minus end point you have to perform duo chrome test.
