  Sir age of patient is 38. He is complaining of distortion at near vision irrespective of weather add is being given or not. I have seen similar complaints in many presbyope patients with cylinder of 2 or more complaining of distortion n diplopia at near . Thank you for quick response.

  If the near chart is blurred at reading distance than the patient is being dilated with cyclopentolate. But if the near chart is not blurred than the patient is being dilated with mydriatic drug.

  No it will not effect the retinoscopy procedure, I think bcz you are emmetrope with your glasses if you remove them then you will be myopic and it will cause effect on retinoscopy.

  Near vision will be blur and pupil will not constrict when we throw the light and size of pupil will be atleast greater than 4 mm That's my thoughts please correct me sir if I am wrong
