1 suggestion: while performing Duochrome test, make it either over corrected or under corrected then start the test, by doing this your patient will be more confident in answering as he can see the difference between red and green (when it is fully corrected patient can see both colors approximately same) For eg: If acceptance is -1.00 then start with -1.50 so that patient will definately says Green better, now you can reduce the power and come to the conclusion. 😊

Great video! I am a bit more than a month after LASIK and have 20/16 vision and see the letters in the green more clearer. Does that mean it is overcorrected or is would the chart be likely equal if I was exactly at 20/20 or 6/6?

If it’s spherocyl then you have to do duochrome for sphere before putting cylinder in trial lens. Later you perform JCC with sphere and cylinder in trial lens to finalize the cylinder. But if it’s only cyl without any sphere then it’s not required to do.
