I am an attorney who prepares wills for people. The most common request that people have on disposition of their ashes is indeed "scattering them into the ocean." If someone has any specific request on this matter, then 7 times out of 10, they want them "scattered into the ocean." I always wonder how much they have thought about this, because the ocean is cold and dark as hell at night. There's something really empty and hollow about this idea. It feels like floating in a huge emptiness for all of eternity. I'd prefer something much smaller and simpler in scope, like digging a hole in the backyard and burying my ashes there.

heyheybp wow I’ve never thought of that. That’s actually quite interesting (the “floating in emptiness” bit). I’ve considered getting my ashes thrown in the ocean too but I’ve always seen it as being “free” and “one” with the sky/universe. I think being trapped underground is actually more depressing and less “free” lol.

TBH David don't come to your podcast with preset questions I love the podcast the way it is because it's more genuine and real conversations that i love to hear about

Hearing about your cocker spaniel experience, it was the same for me. I didn’t feel anything digging a burial hole, but it was putting the dirt back in that I started balling. I wasn’t even home when I heard the news and I wasn’t fazed.

Oh yeah I just finished the video with Julia chow. I watched the whole thing I love Julia but I love everyone, a story for another time. In all honesty like he said the people that make comments like that are losers. KZread should have a bit that goes through popular KZread’s channels 100k or more and deletes negative comments so the stress isn’t put on the creator people are jerks. In all honesty by doing that it would provide a more stable platform and make videos more productive, increasing both youtubers and the corporations effectiveness. Negative people suck man. Positive people I love you all lighten someone negative day yo if you can the less of them the better but yep. If KZread were to create a way to decrease negative comments productivity would go up a lot. Like a lot a lot! Exponentially 😁 I hope you read this your big try to see what you can do to get KZread to implement a bot that deletes comments for big youtubers it would be easy I don’t know why they haven’t thought of this. Well I can’t do shit KZread isn’t going to listen to me but someone with popularity like you or someone from jk might be able to. Thinker 👌🏼
