Lol. I work in a school and what people don't want to admit is that most people who get beat up is the bully and this is the reason the teachers turn a blind eye.

I feel like if you're pissed, sometimes you just gotta let it out in the moment, whether by saying something or hitting an inanimate object. I used to just shove my feelings and they would all brew for years because they never felt "resolved". Not healthy. If you get it all out in the moment, you get over it and then other people get over it too. I got harassed a lot and the times that stuck with me and caused emotional pain were all the times I didn't respond with aggression. Every single time I called people out, I was able to let go of it because it felt done.
