Hope all is well sir. Nice little purchase. I have the same engine on a mower. Surge for me was fouled carb. Ethanol fuel goo. Disassembled and cleaned jets. All good now. Only using true fuel from now on. No ethanol. Thanks Aaron

Thanks Jake. Good to hear from you. Carb clean is on the menu. New belt was about $16 so I was happy with that.

After watching this video I'm wondering are you up for a collaboration to share more tips of small engine repair? Hipa supplies small engine parts and I'm looking for youtubers to work with to share more knowledge on small engine repair.
