How it should be done Those guys that stare into the distance and go to a dark place for like an hour (all their warm up lifts) and then keep it going for the working weight, they've taxed their CNS a lot and sometimes, it won't respond anymore at max capacity

As a person who knows nothing about filming so correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the footage too close? Like in your face and as a result, there's too much movement/shaky(reminds me of Jason Bourne movies). A wider lens or zoom out or whatever it's called perhaps?

If you’re in a noisy environment and using a shotgun mic like Liz is then you need to be close to make sure your speaker is the dominant sound. You can’t really mic up strongmen in the gym.

There’s no right or wrong way. Videography is an art and like art, it’s subjective with many different styles and preferences. Looking at the photos and videos from Rauno’s gym, it’s a narrow space and shooting at 24mm may even look very close. Wider angle lenses are better for fitting more into frame, but isn’t always as aesthetically pleasing. You can step back several feet but then just like watching from further afar, it’s more impersonal, and sound or white noise can become a bigger issue the further your subject is from the microphone. Unless conditions, space and sound are all perfect, which they won’t be in a small gym, then videography is sometimes a series of sacrifices and payoffs. I think it’s great work considering she’s untrained and learning on the job. I’ve seen far far worse from so-called professionals.
