The strongman community with the likes of Loz, Rauno, Martins, Matjaz, Mateusz, JF, Aivars and Dainis is so refreshing. The toxic "prison yard" tough guy acts you see in boxing or MMA is so off-putting. It's great to see that strongmen are basically just regular, friendly, funny and chill blokes IRL - who happen to be insanely big and ridiculously strong. Thank you, uncle Loz and auntie Liz for bringing the strongmen community closer to us fans, and thank you for being so awesome.

Loved this video. Great to see the strong family sat at the head of the table with Rauno. These are the friendships I enjoy watching in the sport.

Rauno seems a genuine nice guy and defiantly not a fake for the camera which you see so much nowadays, shame we don't see him more at UK shows (or worlds, this yr was first year he was invited).
