Sandra Doorley should be arrested! If that was you or I, we would have been arrested! This is called partial treatment. All involved should be held accountable, including the officer, and command staff that allowed this.

The elected District Attorney has absolute immunity. She can never be prosecuted for anything. All she has to do, is utter the words, I was working on prosecuting a case, and the case gets automatically dismissed.

I think that a person that did not have the Webster chief of police cell phone #, would have been dragged out of the car, at gunpoint, and arrested for fleeing and eluding cops, and obstruction. I do like that she she called out the cop when the cop said that she should not be on the phone. I also don't like the cop saying that she brought this on herself. This is blaming not education and it's the rapist mentality, you forced me to do this to you. The cop needs to take accountability for his actions, as well as the elected DA. I'm surprised that the cops did not try to shoot her dog for charging at them. Also, why did this cop not run the plate to check the secret police database what kind of dirt they have on the registered owner?! Why can't the cop listen to the registered owner history while pulling someone over? So many other cops seem to be able to do this. So a mixed bag but she definitely got special treatment like very few would.

Well that needs to be changed clearly. No more immunity for DA's or anyone else. In fact, they should face twice the consequences since they are in a position of public trust and paid by our taxes!

That is not at all accurate, no one is above the law. While of course this will get swept under the rug, it's only because this entire state and all the Democrats that run are corrupt.
