This is ridiculous remove them it is illegal to live anywhere you want! There are laws or at least there used to be!

The problem is is none of the people in the encampments can follow societies rules. they need to set up their own society. Why don't they band together count their nickels and dimes and buy a piece of land to live off of.? Why not? Because that would require them to do something besides sit around fires and doing drugs and bitch about how they don't get enough stuff for free. Pathetic. I myself have been close to homelessness. You know what I did anything I could that was legal not to be!

There is lots of space on Summit Ave. in St. Paul. Also lots of space at US BANK STADIUM.

I have been a landlord for over 30 years and I was in a relationship with an alcoholic for 15 years. The best thing that the city could do would let the people suffer the consequences of their choices if they can't find a place that can accommodate a pet. Then they lose the pet if they can't find housing. They have to choose between their drug choice or not having a place to live and having a place to live would probably be smarter somewhere South of Hot Springs Arkansas.
