Mom of 5 Mystery Health Issues Answered!!

Hey Ashbay Fam!! Over the past year I've been experiencing some crazy mystery symptoms such as nausea, vertigo, lightheadedness, nausea, fatigue, depression, anxiety, feelings of passing out, headaches, hormone fluctuations, unexplained weight gain + loss, and extreme sensitivity to cold/trouble regulating temperature. Most recently, during this summer the most prevalent symptoms were the feelings of lightheadedness and passing out. Thankfully, after multiple lab work results came back normal, I finally have some answers.

Yes it’s scary. I feel like those goats that fall out when they get scared. As soon as I get super stressed I get to coughing, get light headed, dizzy ,vomiting then I’m on the floor. I take anxiety meds because dying of stress is not an option. I’m going to have to change jobs this year because it is affecting me physically in other areas. People think you are just “ overdramatic” but the body will react when you over do it.

Stress has such detrimental effects. I was recently diagnosed with Vestibular Migraines after years of searching for a diagnosis and stress definitely is a trigger and its horrid. Im so glad you getting a few answers, that can help relieve stress for sure...even just having a name for what you have. Hope you can begin to start healing 💙

I didn’t hear you mention, but this sounds like POTS. I just came upon your channel. Im homeschooling as well, and we have two medical complex children. We’ve recently heard a lot about POTS from our cardiologist. It must be difficult as a parent to have these nervous system conditions. It’s the other way around with our medical conditions as it’s the kids we are having challenging seasons medically. It’s really good that you have your mom and husband at times to help when needed. ❤️

Stress is quite real and can effect you physically. As my dad was fighting stage 4 cancer, I wound up being hospitalized 4x inside of one year from the stress of caring for him and life in general. Take care of yourself. There’s only one you.

I know this feeling all too well. I have neurocardiogenic syncope and it causes me to pass out or nearly pass out as well. I’m like you there are things I can do to prevent it but it definitely causes so much anxiety when you feel it coming on. Praying for you!!

I passed out or blacked out a lot as a teen. I have to be careful getting up to fast and have very low blood pressure all the time. I have constant heart palpitations yet nothing came up on an ekg or 72 hour heart monitor. Im thinking stress.

I’ve been getting chest tightness, numbness in my arms and all over my body and heart palpitations - all tests have been coming back clean. I, however, have a very difficult time when I experience these attacks or moments of my pulse rate increase and overall fight or flight mode. Doctors haven’t got answers yet, but I’m a TypeA person too. Have been up and going on non-stop - I believe it’s because I haven’t given myself or my brain a real rest. This then started causing me massive issues, which I am dealing with now. All of this started after my traumatic miscarriages, but I’ve never been one to be easy on myself. Wish I knew my mentality could have caused all of this. Now, my symptoms are particularly bad if I don’t sleep enough. Which nervous system disorder were you diagnosed with? Thank you for sharing, because I know how difficult this is. Wishing you all the best. ❤

Please go see a Nutritional Response Testing practitioner! This used to happen to me all of the time. No doctors would take me seriously and chalked it up to anxiety. Once I started getting muscle testing done it gave me a MASSIVE improvement. I haven’t had the feeling of passing out in over 2 months now and started nutritional response testing 3 months ago. I used to near syncope 5-10 times a day. Occasionally I would full on faint. Also make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. That has helped me. I hope this information can help you

@@CG-mj8tk I worked with a NRT practitioner and he had me cut out gluten while on the program. We worked for months on different priorities in my body and detoxed the toxins that were destroying each priority. I also have increased the protein in my diet which has helped as well. I highly recommend getting nutritional response testing done if you can find a practitioner who does it near by. It has helped me so much!

When I say I increased my protein, I mean animal protein. Protein powders and beans won’t help, they cause more issues because of fitic acid and oxalates. Good healthy fats, stay away from seed oils such as canola oil. Grass fed butter, tallow, ghee, and coconut oil are good healthy fats to cook with. Lots of beef and lamb especially are very good for our mitochondria cells. Also wild caught salmon, eggs, and chicken are good. Pork is not good for us because the structure of their DNA is too similar to ours. I hope this helps. The combination of a nourishing diet and the muscle testing has changed my life!

Checking in on you. I have a condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility and POTS or postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome comes along with the hEDS. When you said you were diagnosed with dysautonomia and blood pooling to your legs, it keyed me in to the possibly of having other issues. In your pictures I see that you may be Hypermobility. I see that your knees flex backwards, long arms and you complain of headaches. So let me know how you are doing.

Look into Dr. Brooke Goldner. She had an autoimmune disease that she was able to cure for herself with supermarket food and has developed a 6week healing /disease reversal protocol. I did her protocol and saw some amazing results. I have a spine condition that has also to do with my nerves system.. I hope you will find this information helpful and will be on your way to healing. Blessings to you and your beautiful family.. 😘

Finding the right therapist is huge, lots of trial and error just like with doctors , teachers, dentists, etc. you have to find one that fits you. Also explore other areas within therapy- so much there. No shame in mental health care!
