I 100% commend you for your commitment to your sobriety and for getting the help you needed to recover. I know many drug addict's, some have won the battle, and others are struggling really badly. To get clean, you have to admit you have a problem, and you have to want to get help. That's half the battle. You were ready. Congratulations for the new life you have built.

My daughter went through a very similar period in her life, being with a deadbeat dealer. So much admiration for you for not only defeating but talking about your addiction. I think you will help other people. Without out being patronising well done 👏

I can’t even imagine the heartbreak you must have felt watching that. That’s something that I think about often with my parents. I can only pray that my kids don’t fall down the same path I did. I hope yours recovered and was able to get help. 💗

I love how honest you are about your addiction I know it’s hard to talk about I was addicted to opiates myself and currently have 7 years clean but the honesty is so important I think it’s people like you who help the younger generation think twice about using and that is so important! You seem like such a genuine soul love your videos!

I understand unfortunately about being a people pleaser. All of my life I never spoke up or took up for myself. I always let them hurt me and would go be alone and cry. I couldn’t say no and still struggle with saying no! I simply don’t want to anger anyone. You are strong to share your struggles, thank you.❤

I’m 5 years clean and I think you are so inspiring as a recovered addict seeing you be so successful and have a beautiful family. I have a child now and he makes me never look back at those days. During my active addiction I lost a boyfriend and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through on top of trying to deal with my addiction.

That’s amazing! You should be extremely proud of yourself for 5 years clean. That’s a huge accomplishment. I also lost a long term boyfriend and I felt like my world was ending and that spiraled me into even harder drugs. So I can definitely relate to that.
