Sweet build man. I have a ‘10 FXDB I’m having rebuilt after a minor accident. I got the same Drag Specialty fork LED’s, Kuryakyn Torpedo brake/run/signal LED’s for the rear, RSD Black Ops 16” King Apes, color matching my Memphis Shades Gauntlet fairing, and to top it off a Two Brothers Racing Gen 3 - 2 into 1 Megaphone race pipe. (Not available to the public yet) Very similar look to your bike. I haven’t seen it completely built yet so this is a preview. Looks clean man.

Yea those are the Custom Dynamics TruWrapz LED signals. I have them on my Street Bob. I have an 06 Street Bob and I wanted to put the LED flush mount fuel gauge on mine but the local Harley said they don't make them for that year. What year is yours? Also, did the speedo come stock like that too? If not what kind is that? It's pretty sweet.

Beautiful bike....i have the exact same year, color, rims, bars, and pipes. Crazy!....my question is do you have problems with the short shots backfiring?....mine backfires constantly after letting off throttle at high RPM. Dont know if its bad tune or just normal with the shorties

Those are not V&H short shots, those are big radius. Do you have a FP3 tuner? Because I run my bike without and it also backfires a LOT. It should stop with a tuner tho.

How did you convert your rear lights as running/break

Colt, I just threw a burley slammer kit on mine a few weeks ago. I have already had to remove the fender three times now to repair wiring from the tire bouncing up and hitting it. It has caused a multitude of problems. At first it shorted out the system causing my fuel gauge to quit working and as of yesterday I have no rear lights at all. The shocks are set on the hardest setting and my wires are run on the sides of the fender (inside). I also cut a very sturdy piece of fuel hose and ran the wires through it where they go through the fender under the seat so they would have some sort of protective sleeve around them and not contact the metal of the fender. I am only 150lbs so I know my light ass isn't the problem. Could you please tell what you did with yours or if you have even had the same issue at all....

Bobber Mike89 I had the same exact issue with mine although the progressive shocks aren't as low as the burleys. It was the tail light wiring shorting out but i took it to Harley and they took care of it for me so im not sure exactly how they re wired it so it wouldn't rub... hope you can figure it out.

Yeah I took it to Harley the first time which is how I found out what the issue was originally. They also wanted to charge me $350 for something I repaired in 15 minutes. Guess I'll try a different route.

Can't remember what the turn signals are called but they're in the drag specialist catalog. They go on pretty easy, just double sided tape is all if you can believe it. No haven't put her on the dyno yet but she definitely runs hard. It'll out run my dad's 103 stage 4 street glide lol.

I Hune 180 55R18 rear and 90-21 front. I think they where fat daddy wheels I can't really remember... been a few years.

I was never a fan of spokes, but they've grown on me. The fatter and bigger the rim, the better they look. I just bit the bullet and ordered a set of 21" for mine. But I'm considering changing my order to 23"instead lol.

Hey I just got the same rims and installed the front last night. The back of my caliper is hitting spokes. Did you have the same issue

Hah yep! I honestly can't remember what I ended up doing it's been a few years back. If I remember right we ended up using different spacers and it's still really close. My plan was to get a different caliper setup but it's been working just fine. I keep waiting for a rock to get in there though 😅

Nice bike. When you added the ape handlebars, did you have to lengthen the wires and change the clutch cable etc... or just leave wires, cable and brake lines the same? Looks like a simple transfer without too many problems. Looks good.

I'm more comfortable with the mid controls and kinda prefer the scrunched up bobber look. Plus it's nice to be able to go back and forth to the highway pegs on long trips to ease fatigue.

Daniel Bardz they're wrapped because the bike was laid over and it was a hell of a lot cheaper than paying $900 for a new set. I don't think it looks bad but it is my bike after all.

I completely disagree; I think the black wrap looks meaner. I currently have black heat shields on mine, but I can't wait to take them off and wrap them. But, to each their own.
