Mobilize your upper body with qigong and stretching ASMR

An early winter afternoon in the park was a lovely moment to share my favorite chest and shoulder openers. I learned this from Master Maurice Haltom of Ithaca, NY when I took a tai chi class from him. I hope you do it along with me, and enjoy. Thank you!

After experiencing an upper back/scap-dysk/dropped-shoulder/neck/trap/serratus mobility issue over the past year, I found this video very helpful and will incorporate the movements into my morning routine. In going through the movements, I noticed tightness in/around the right armpit area, which is the same side as my "cold" hand (usually 2-8 deg colder than left, in most positions, along w/occasional finger tinglng), which my GP suggested was thoracic outlet syndrome. I'm hopeful the movements will open up the blood flow to the right hand. Thank you for putting this up on YT.

DDR, I'm not sure if you ever watched Miranda Esmonde-White on PBS (not sure if she still does live shows), but as soon as this video started, it sent me back down memory lane as I bet I used her videos, as well as Sit-and-be-fit, and BobRoss to go to sleep after a 12 hour 3rd shift for many many years....years ago.
