Funny seeing Brad Ausmus getting so animated. Normally, Brad will come out with the major league rule book, and two folding chairs, and offer to have a quiet conversation with the umpire. It was a refreshing to see him get heated up like that
@PapaVanTwee5

That’s so cool that Ortiz threw the umpire out. I know it doesn’t have any power but still cool.

6:42 most worthless security guard ever
MLB needs to review some of their rules. If a player can not touch an umpire by touch or even a bump then an umpire should not be able to lay hands on a player. I see umps too many times doing this and they are not held accountable for it
1:46 I was at that game! I remember a lot of people were throwing trash on the field
I like how the guys in the front row think they are entitled to also yell at the players only because they paid $300 for their tickets.

the MLB is full of anger issues and always has been. the players, managers, and coaches can go from calm to bezerk in no time.
4:39 I wish we installed a league wide rule where if the ejection was bogus the player could throw out the ump. Maybe the umps would start to make good calls.

If someone is ejected after they’ve hit then can the team designate a pinch runner or is that an out?

Ya gotta love Ol' Lou Lou lol
When I used to coach softball always told one of my teammates that if I was arguing With that I’m pyre to always help me and not let another umpire get between me and the umpire I was arguing with
The umpire in the thumbnail looks like Hindenburg!
love it when a 2o something 6 ft something 220o something athlete is being restrained by a 50 ish ump.
in baseball the opponent is the enemy, unlike the nba, where they hug at the end of the game.
I miss baseball. Come on spring
The umpires also don't handle these situations very professionally. When you make a mistake, man up umpires. It's okay to do that. If you're the one that causes the tensions, take a break.
Gob bless Lou Piniella! Long time Mariner's fan! 206!
Meme aside, Greg Gibson is a fantastic ump.

Shin soo chop never gets mad
1:50 When I get ejected....
It's funny to watch lou pinella and clint hurdle get angry.
Big Papi throwing blue out is just MLB gold. Each team should get 1 possible ump ejection for every 10 games in the season. Yes they accumulate but only allowed 1 per game. But they do not carry over to post season. You only get 3 for the entire post season. And only 1 in the world series. Counter act the evil that is, the folks in blue.
Lou Piniella was the best! So fun to watch!
Lou kicking your own teams hat. Now I think the Cubs organization doesn't like that.
1:57 So, is Derek Jeter safe? - Safe! What? - He's half black. What? What do you need, glasses? - No, I don't need glasses. He's white by a mile. He tucks... You're the one who needs glasses. And what happened to this kind of coach-umpire confrontation? I know, I miss it, too. - It used to happen a lot in the 70's but doesn't seem to happen that much anymore. to a bygone era when men settled their differences I agree. That's what we're doing now. Thrusting their chests into one another. I miss having a guy yell in my mouth. And while we're talking about stuff, I've never cleaned my ice trays. - Oh, you have to do that. - Why do I have to? - You're poisoning your family. - It's just water and water. Carrying an ice tray from the freezer to the sink is like ringing the damn dinner bell for arm hairs. - Come to think of it, I do remember seeing a few short hairs in my ice cubes Of course they're getting in there. - That I'm hoping were from my arm. - Clean your trays. Old joke. You're out. - Old joke? I put my own twist on it. - There was no twist. Oh, you're crazy. It was a tip of the hat to my son. If anything, it's a gift to our long-time viewers. Merry Christmas. Here's a warmed-over turd from ten years ago.
