omg. i had chills when mitski reached the top of the stairs and the sound acoustics changed... the sound opening up and echoing

mitski voice is so beautiful like she remind me sm of my mother singing me to sleep because me and my mom dont have the best relationship now and whenever i listen to her it brings back so many memories of my mom it’s in a way comforting

I understand what you mean but this is a feeling throughout all genres of music and their fans. It's one of the most beautiful things about music in my opinion is the way people connect with it in their soul and in how many ways it can be interpreted depending on the listener

This song altered my brain chemistry, initially my love mine all mine was my favorite then I put the album on shuffle and this started playing and I tell you I started floating when I heard it. I wrote my own analysis about the song, and it's my favorite by far because I really enjoy canine poetry and this song it's LITERALLY it, this song is in all my playlists and I'm even trying to learn on my guitar thank you mitski for such an amazing and life changing song

When I clicked on the link I thought it was a cover of the Leonard Cohen song, but was left relishing the beauty of the song on its own terms. Got spooked by the way it ended, with the steps approaching. Not sure if I want to hear the original recorded version. This is so stark and pure. I'm not familiar with her work, but love what I've heard so far.
