This property used to be owned by my close friend before he passed...it has since been rebuilt from scratch,..but, the old home that was here was no slouch...my friend purchased this original home an property back when it was only 3 million.....and it was just as beautiful an majestic,..many wonderful Christmas get togethers an memories...I miss him...

I liked it so much. It contains 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen.
A spectacular house and the landscaping at the entrance with the royal palms is a beauty. A property with a lot of charm.

Love the open space concept, unobstructed by pillars! Grand & spacious, cool!
This house is so beautiful! 🥺💕 I’ve seen other videos and images of expensive million dollar glass apartments but this house is so much more beautiful than those because of its Spanish architecture and the warm cozy look for a big family. 💕 I hope the right people come along to love this house! Also, the guest house can be used as an bed & breakfast and gym for actual gym classes for a tax write off.

Trabaje 28 años como Médico Especialista en mi país y jamás pude tener una casa así. Sencillamente es divina, preciosa, como bien dicen un oasis. No pierdo las esperanzas de algún día adquirir esta propiedad que es en verdad un sueño. William Crawford I didn’t realize that. I lived in the area for many years but I’m not much on rivers because most of them are so dirty so I didn’t even think about a river. You see a home like this and think ocean. Still, it is a great view.

The bathrooms were perfect. Toilets and vanities off the floors. That trick no only makes the room look bigger, it makes it easy to clean. The tile was a little too dramatic for me, but we all can't have the same style. I really liked the home. It was way too big for me and hopefully the house fill find another family to love it again.
Absolutely beautiful, I would convert the workout area into my recording studio
