Its because the lot is nothing special and probably not ideal, judging by retaining walls and neighbor towering over thus home was designed in and of itself, no views thats why layout plan is a but different(odd) Edit: Checked on map, indeed very crammed lot with poor access

Nope, it’s all in the contract. Furniture stays and if you attempt to bring in any Big Lots furniture there is an automatic sensor that takes out a warrant for your arrest. 🤣

No, i think what luis means is that the house is a bit cold in design, albeit stunning..it lacks warmth. I can definitely see a couple living happily there but not a family..if that makes sense. Either way aesthetically it is nice and well appointed..luxurious with all the bells and whistles.. But some people crave warmth vs modern decor is all. @Kendall We have no way of knowing who can and can't afford this home by a profile picture, so season your words with honey not vinegar. Love the soundtrack.

It is beautiful overall. However, i believe the complaints may come from the fact that the lights are too white without any warmth or the walls are just plain white. If the walls had a much more colorful tone to it, perhaps people would be more in tuned to feel the warmth of it. I still believe there are people who would love it. The whole atmosphere feels blissful.

Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. New homes often have a very neutral/white colour palette. This can always be updated/customized by the buyer! We agree on the lighting, we prefer lights with a warmer colour temperature.
