You did an excellent job showing this waterfront home in sw Florida.

I own a boat detailing company in the Cape. To the people worrying about sharks and gators, yes we have them. But in 21yrs of working on the water I've been "harassed" by 1 shark, 2 gators (in fresh water canal), and 20+ dolphins.

That's a good thing!

Love Cape Coral except the tap water. It turns everything green. Make sure to install a separate water filtration system. Also call LCEC Electric and get lightning protection. BTW The laundry room features pine not maple.

@@GAURAV25855ify there is almost never gators in the canals as they’ll drown. You might seem some by mangroves and whatnot if the canal isn’t fully developed. Other than that it’s dolphins manatees and stingrays

For anyone considering SWFL with a family keep in mind it’s more so a retirement area of Florida. A lot of old people and horrendous school systems. Other than that is beautiful (also drivers down here are crazy)

Great layout and location, but that's a lot of money for a place with counters and tile that's 10+ years out of date.

@@kimv3460 the home/land owners in Fort Myers Florida still own the land but with no house ! So even though the $2 million house is gone the location is still worth $2million ? The homeowners insurance for everyone in Florida will go up ! So much for location !

Sweet. What will it be worth when under water or with boat access only? South Florida is in huge trouble but if you are rich, have multiple homes and can accept the loss of one, this is a lovely place.

Lack of natural gas service that over time will be on its way out. Furthermore, a generator will do no good during hurricane Ian. That house must have been seriously damaged by the storm surge.

It's the inner coastal. Not a river. Salt water, no gators there.

However owned that house had the interior decorators. Just terrible. Better of pulling all that junk out of there to clean it up. ,

No ceiling fans on that covered lani. Hot, Hot, Hot in the summer. But if you can afford this house, you go north for the summers.
