  It's a late 1950s old Florida house. Comfortable but not pretentious. Nice neighborhood and probably fairly priced. I think the bathrooms could do with a face lift. But otherwise, I mostly like it as is.

  Way too much glass. I realize that glass everything is the current fashion, but it is a monumental pain in the ass. Glass is a magnet for all manner of dirt, dust and fingerprints. I suppose that someone with enough money to buy this place can afford full time staff. But it's not really to my taste.

  Hello everyone. How much for this home? Lovely. I live in Italy but my wife has healthproblems that say "a hotter home will make her better". This is a lovely home with a great outdoor area. I grill 4 times a week in Italy so in Florida I will grill 7 times a week.....and my family will be happy!
