The house is beautiful the only thing I would change is the textured wood on the wall I wish I could build this house on my property

I am getting mixed reviews on the walls. IS your property in Florida or somewhere else?

Love the doors and floating cabinets, way easier to clean. Not a fan of the wood wall and ceiling or the dark pool. Outdoor kitchen is awesome

Hello!! We both did as well. Stay tuned there are a couple tours coming up that have some very nice outdoor living spaces.

Overall the house is beautiful. In my humble opinion I would do without the wood slotted accents on ceilings and back wall of master. And instead add more windows in the entire house. Other than that really impressive house. 👍

I was surprised they did not have a window in the primary bedroom. Generally there are two windows or a large transom to allow that natural light.

Great tour, thank you! Phenomenal outdoor kitchen. The builder added some cool features I haven’t really seen in other homes. I personally loved the doors and pretty ceilings. Love the two faucets at the kitchen sink too. The darker finish on the pool looks beautiful, but I’m with Karen…it will just require a double or triple take to make sure nothing is lurking in the pool before jumping in👀 Glad Karen is starting to feel better! I could do without the funky colors with the mirrors. Would have liked them in my 30’s, but now that I am almost 50? No thank you! Also, I love a feature wall…but would prefer one that doesn’t require a lot of dusting😩 Northern exposure isn’t my fave, but the builder did an amazing job. He included everything and then some(except for maybe the closets…but even if left empty, the buyer can install exactly what they want/need). Great property👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

They did a very good job. Karen hates dusting and that was the first thing she said when she saw that wall. I personally like the dark finish on the pool, it might be because I see so many that are either bright blue or a light color. The primary bath was one of my favorites, we do have one tour coming up soon that has an amazing primary bath. I believe that home is eastern exposure. We do have a few homes that are east, west and Southern coming up. A lot of people from the US and overseas love the Southern exposure.

@@ChrisJarzyk Yes, Southern exposure is great for the sun. Some of these Northern exposure homes just don’t get the sun hitting their pool because their house blocks it🥲 I am personally holding out for a Western exposure because I’m a sucker for a pretty sunset! It’s a challenge because people grabbed the best lots years ago, but I want a new (or at least new-ish) home. I will definitely be on the lookout for the Western and Southern exposure homes(just like everyone else😝).

Not worth it, even if the lot was 300k, this house couldn't have cost 1 million to built, maybe 600k to build.

Why does Karen want to hide her identity ?Is she doing something that she’s not supposed to do? Is she running from the law? Lol

As far as I know... Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties are not looking for her. I can not say the same for any of the three letter government agency's 🤣😂. To be honest she just does not like being in front of the camera. She has tried in the past but is not comfortable.
