What a difference a year makes! Had this been 2023 or back in 2022 this house at that price would have received 50 offers and a bidding war would have ensued!

You are rigtht. Let’s see when the interest drops what happens. For the time being if you have the money is time to buy. Great selection and negotiable prices on new construction.

Lower the price back to per 2019, and it's worth about $115,000 thousand dollars. Florida is like the New NEW YORK.

Between the taxes and the insurance and low-paying jobs in Cape Coral people here cannot afford those homes I've been in Cape Coral for 28 years now and it's becoming an unaffordable to live here

I know what you mean. I have being living here for over 28 years too. I have seen the prices go up and down. But they always go back up. Cape Cape Coral is not Cape Coma anymore. Our water wonderland has been discover again, and people from all over the US have their eyes on our area. Lot of new development coming and with that more people come to live the Florida expirience. Sunshine, Boating, Golf and location makes our are very attractve. In the last two years, we have been hit by hurricanes, higher insurance rates, inflation, and interest rates. Prices are still up, and buyers are still coming. We are probably expecting one interest drop for another surge of buyers. Checkout this video of how much money is going to be spent in Cape Coral. kzread.info/dash/bejne/jKx5m7d_p9ieerQ.htmlsi=Rh3nik8VTxmAusDx
