Beautiful home but those top cabinets are a no in the kitchen. Cabinets that are so high someone at 5'3" can't even reach the 1st shelf is worthless. 😮

The acreage is nice. Taxes are ok. However, the home itself while large- is pretty much all builder grade. Windows, cabinets, appliances, hardware -all builder grade. The countertops while unique should’ve been done in a more neutral palate in order to appeal to more buyers. At 1.6 it’s ok, but for us, we would pretty much have to have the whole interior redone. Increasing overall costs.

Ocala a metropolitan area, that’s cute…….. what it is is a city of haves and have nots and the gap is immense. If you move there expecting a metro area of the likes of Tampa, Miami or Atlanta then you are going to be in for quite the surprise. Check the demographics, average income, etc.

Nice home, But if you know the area it is prone to sheet flooding. Not enough elevation in the home. You will have a mote around the house during summer and lots of mosquitos.

It is ocala, fl nice home but unfortunately still overpriced for this market
