This is such a bargain in today’s market! I think all those comments saying the prices are crazy are way out of touch. Unfortunately we just purchased in that price range, but we looked all over Florida and these prices are quite reasonable.

This Terra Bella model is a beautiful home that doesn’t look like every other new construction home in FLA. I love the option of a beautiful new construction home with space and acreage! So good, great presentation from you both!

In the Bella Terra development is it public water and sewer’s? Or is it septic and well? And I guess I need to ask the same question for the Maronda development.

Septic and well in bella terra and ill confirm Maronda today. Also, the water up in bella terra is pretty good though. I had a 20 min or so from there and the water was the best ever. We had a deep well so the water was so fresh. But as with anything, its always best to check it for yourself.

@@user-kv9il9wl9y I believe terrata buids the homes and what you see is what you get, while maronda is a semi custom with select modifications. Neither are considered fully custom

Me personally I don’t like it. Slant ceilings, kitchen is cluttered looking I don’t like walls that go in/ out. Feels closed in.

Most florida insurance companies offer coverage as an add-on to your policy as Florida law requires all licensed companies to offer sinkhole coverage as a separate endorsement. Many new home builders test the site prior to building so you can always ask the builder.

I actually just called the realtor there and that is not accurate. There were all the rules so maybe you got a hold of the wrong HOA information. But as you can see in the video, there are current neighbors in the community with horses, etc. Also make sure you’re not confusing the two neighborhoods that I showed in the one video.

There no place to put anything while in the tub. No railing to hold on to not get in or out of the tub, bad design, most women will not like it.

Understood. To be honest i haven’t seen a tub with a rail to hold on with new build homes. That typically a custom feature with most homes. It is practical, but not part of the design as some want it and some dont

Stop doing bushes right next to house, you keep insects right next to your walls, if it rains your walls are dirty. And just keep spraying poison all over, sooooooo dummm. So easy keep walkways for easy maintenance and access.

So sorry but I couldn't even enjoy watching this home. Cause you talk to much. We know it's nice. 100 percent. Maybe just make a list walk through home and then each room before you exit a room do a quick rundown of it.
