Milk danny bread(tasty butter bread) | Old recipe from 30 years ago! Easy and tasty! Not dry!

• Ingredients: #milk danny bread
High-protein flour 300 grams 0:32,
White granular sugar 30 grams 0:37,
Powdered milk 10 grams 0:39,
Yeast 4 grams 0:42,
Egg one 0:45,
Milk about 160 grams 0:48,
Butter 20 grams 1:04,
Salt 2 grams 1:07,
Egg one(to brush it on the bread) 3:04,
Icing sugar proper amount(or flour) 3:16,
Butter proper amount(soft) 3:26,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven for 10 mins with upper heat and bottom heat 170 degrees. Put it in middle of oven and bake it for about 15 mins.

• The temperatures in the recipes are all in celsius degree. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8+32°F.

    这个配方特别好,我做了五六次了,都很成功。在此基础上,我在奶油酱里加了大蒜粉和干罗勒,于是成了蒜香丹妮,同样很出彩!谢谢您二位

    国外有Danny's bread, 是一种类似sourdough酸面团,外皮褐色,硬邦邦的,里面软软的面包。你可以在网上查查。现在很多人,尤其是富人喜欢这种面包。

    很漂亮🤙请问170°C是北美的大烤箱还是小烤箱。看着像软欧包,外表脆脆的样子。以为温度会高,时间会短。
