You had to know that the kid was going to hit one tonight, and his 20th of his rookie season no less! He's a great kid who comports himself with the same class as his grand father did when he played. Carl was my favourite player when I was a kid & as a teenager in the 60's & 70's. As a Giants fan, I was thrilled when they traded for Mike and I'm so glad that he hit one at Fenway tonight!

As a Giants fan, I hope he stays here a long long time. This year he's been a very up and down streaky hitter, but when he's seeing the ball well, he can really hit with power. Defensively, he's awesome.
