I don't want any strangers coming to our door. Especially if they are in America illegally, invisibly walking around protected by our legal system and able to do whatever they want and walk away from it scott free. The quality of delivery services has become horrible across the board. There are citizens here already here eagar to have those jobs. Everyone acts like the migrants are the only ones needing work. If there are jobs to be had they should be available to people that are at least legal and fully vetted in every way.

I struggle as a US citizen and sometimes make only 2 dollars an hour , we cant welcome them. Wait untile they get given other peoples work too. There already was not enough call for delivery.

I witnessed this first hand as a delivery worker in NYC. My first question was "where are all these people willing to pay these taxes to help illegals make a few bucks"? It doesn't make sense unless you consider the vast majority are using stolen identities. This is also encouraged by the NYPD turning a blind eye to the illegal mopeds and stuff. It's sad, because these people messed it up for delivery workers who were doing this to support their families. This is in addition to them getting resources from the city like hotels, food stipends, healthcare, etc. You can make 1,500 a week easily delivering food on these apps and most of these guys sit on their unregistered mopeds all day in small groups, drinking and hanging out and wind up making thousands per week. Meanwhile, people are getting tax forms from the IRS for $60k for jobs they never worked. The IRS doesn't get any money, a citizen has to deal with the mess and NONE of this benefits the American economy.

All of that you stated, and it's only the beginning of what is coming. The migrants are nationized to their own home countries, not America. It is not like immigrants of old (who didn't get a dime or any help, they didn't expect i) they came to America to assimilate and be Americans, not to drain our economy and tax money, ruin our systems and drain our already underfunded local resources with their unending feeling and demand for entitlements.

Exactly. I am retired military, sat in horror on 9/11 and didn’t think it could or would ever be that bad again. But it is going to be worse. It will be more than human loss, in addition, they will figure out how to cripple us economically……worse than now. Banking, on line stuff, this dependency on food delivery. The nasty TB and measeal outbreaks and they’re not made to get vaccinated like we were with Covid. It is going to be bad and I’m glad I don’t have kids to worry about. Personally, I refuse to order, due to the exorbitant fees for delivery. On receives what they deserve, when they reap what they sow. These politicians have underestimated these immigrants who are ruthless regarding their survival. People cease ordering, that will quell the situation.

I’ve had two different platform deliveries from non English speaking men. Because we couldn’t communicate, it scared me and I stopped using both delivery apps. I prefer to not receive deliveries. It’s not worth the convenience when you can’t speak the same language.

Entered the country illegally, deportation. No special laws needed.

i been doing delivery apps for 2 years and the competition has gotten fierce - i used to work 4-6 hours a day - now i have to work 10-12 hours to make the same amount

Ask your doctor to give you a TB test. In or about 90s, I was exposed. I plan to ask my doctor at next visit about current status of my exposure.

I drive for Uber Eats and you would be surprised how many people just give you the entrance code for their building. Also deliveries have become so scarce I need to find another line of work. I can be out for hours now in LA with no orders. Large groups of unlicensed e-bikes and scooters waiting at all the busy locations.

I deliver too , and these people here have yet to realize if they can drive us down from 20 an hour to 2 dollars an hour the other jobs are next as they already destroyed our income. These other people dont realize they should be in panic revolt mode already and they are just getting upset now. Too slow.

they will now move on to your jobs and be given free training and your bosses will be encouraged to hire them over qualified applicants unless you visit your leaders at home , your done soon.

So I don't know if they are illegal or not but at my work we have door dash workers come into my store all the time that can't speak a lick of english it will be interesting to see where this story goes

They get deactivated when they catch them but now most of the delivery drivers have names from Africa and all over the world I can’t even pronounce

They also having illegals selling flowers at almost every corner and I guarantee the suplliers/ owners (cartel traffic owner) of flowers have multiple illegal workers selling flowers or vendor in the street.

We had a food delivery guy from one of these that spoke no English was confused and left the thermalbag with the food.

I do DoorDash near Philadelphia, and I see this first hand. When you go to pickup orders from places, you often encounter other drivers who are also picking up orders, but I very rarely encounter another driver who speaks English anymore. They use fake and stolen ID's to make accounts, and they certainly aren't filing 1099s and paying taxes on the money they make. They are also driving without car insurance. In the past few months, it's gotten really bad and I make a lot less money now because the market has become saturated with illegal drivers, so I don't get as many orders as I used to. Not too mention people stop ordering because they don't want strange people who don't speak English coming to their doors.

Since none of them have been veted, you have to suspect all of them. Every one of them is here criminally.

Yep check every Walmart and restaurant parking lot. You see them just sitting waiting on the next order. More than one, use each account. We sat next to a family, and they had 3 people using one account so they could get the bonuses for multiple deliveries.

I do have sympathy for my country 🇺🇸 because we are going through some s***.

Walmart are using them. They speak no English and use translation apps on their phones.

In the pass they would text when they arrive. Now they just leave your food outside to get cold then they just leave without even knocking. If you catch them they get a nasty attitude or act like they don't understand. I'm sick to death of the entire migrant thing.

To be fair, I drive for DoorDash, and the app is supposed to automatically alert you when your order arrives. I've stopped knocking unless it says to do so in the delivery instructions, because in my experience 90% of people don't want you to knock or ring their doorbell and I've had people get mad because I knocked on their door. If you want the driver to knock when they arrive, you should include that in your delivery instructions. That way if they don't follow the instructions, you can leave them a legitimate bad rating. Ratings are extremely important for the drivers, because it effects the amount of orders they receive and their account can be deactivated if their rating drops below 4.2

@@Defx10 - I have always stated, and still do, KNOCK before leaving the delivery. In the passed the delivery person ALWAYS knocked. Now, especially, with food deliveries they just leave the food. I had become accustomed to the notification, Your order is arriving soon" and "Your order has arrived". I don't always get that lately if at all. It's gotten so bad that my last 3 food orders were delivered and left on my porch with NO KNOCK - no notice except that the delivery is on it's way. Now I have to stand by the door watching out. I should have to tip plus a service charge for this!? The complaint concerns Door Dash and Grubhub both. I have called the customer services with complaint to both.

Many days now getting 2-4 dollars an hour on Door Dash , Born in the USA , vetted and legal making so far UNDER minimum wage already and then they add these clowns. Soon they will be cashiers at all your stores. Next taxi drivers and working DMV.

What they could do is make you scan your face or finger print to use the app. especially when you get to the consumers address the app will not allow you to deliver and get paid if the scan comes back unrecongnizable.

They need to close all those apps down . We can pick up our own shit food

For many years, this has been happening. You will have a female name as your delivery person, and some male foreigner shows up with your stuff. it’s been at least five years. So the guys that can’t pass a background check have some female in their life. Create the account for them and do you have international trespassers doing it?

@@tinaa1350 DMV cuts all these people slack, I asked at DMV and I am a FT delivery person affected by this. Born in the USA , delivery went from 20 to 2 dollars an hour most of the time except prime hours. Soon it will be taxi, cashiers, dmv workers and so on who are told to make room for them and replaced.

Food delivery apps need to start doing face recognition to sign on. I do doordash once in a while and I have been away too long I have had to sign in with my face. It will tell you to look straight, left and right a few times and than I am in. They have the tech in place for this but they only care about the bottom line and it is going to take the government having to step in and make this mandatory to work these apps. I would hate to do delivery having to compete with thousands of illegals.

I work in Fast food, most of the delivery app drivers do not speak English, causes many problems with delivery.

Lol im latino and i can tell you that you don't need a social or work permit, you can rent apartments, open bank accounts, even finance things without a social, also you can easly find jobs without a work permit, tons of places will hire you and not just construction, the food delivery apps Venezuelans are the ones mostly doing that, Bubans also but Venezuelans are used to it from doing it in Chile, Colombia, Peru, etc......oh and they've been doing that for years now, they' haven't just started as they the senator says.

Also with so many stores closing down and people being too busy to shop physically, the population is becoming more dependent on fast food deliveries or “fast next day or two day deliveries” so these companies will always cut corners to make profits. Shop physically and with reputable sellers that hire workers who can at least speak English to give you a great customer service experience. It’s your hard earned money, you deserve it.

I was approached with a offer to apply to apply for delivery driver job by someone that had a list of immigrants to work for you under my name. The person that approached would get a signing bonus and the person that would drive for me would accept a 80/20 split. I was tempted for sure.

I work in a restaurant in Texas. How does our restaurant group pay hundreds of illegals weekly ? Every Friday pay checks get handed out. I'm guessing some go to checks cashing services some def. Have bank accounts, hell they even have crypto currencys! How is this possible? If the business owners were fined $10k per illegal pay check paid out. This would end tomorrow. Then citizens would be paid a living wage... And yeah sorry cost of eating out would rise by alot!
