Wow! Where I work they have 2 fillers/seamers, and each do 1160 cans a minute. Its interesting seeing a smaller scale version, especially no warmer and no packers.

I always wondered how they kept O² out of the headspace before sealing. Looks like the foam pillow does the trick.

i don't see where the can gets purged with co2?

How many shots did it take to get the whole cycle without something jamming or faulting ^_^' I operate a similar canning line and there is always something happening xD Very nice vid!!
