Hey, Jasper! First of all thank you very much for the videos. I own a small brewery in Brasil and your videos helped me a lot. It would be a great step up in your videos if you could tell the dilution you use in those caustic and acid solutions (v/v would be the best as it would not depend on the brand and starting dilution). I always find the information I'm looking for in other sources but this would make your videos more helpful for the novice. Once again, thank you very much for the effort you put in these videos. They are a great source of knowledge for a lot of brewers around the world. PS. come to Brasil! I would love to be your host here!

Thanks for your video, this was my first time watching your videos so I’ve got some catching up to do. One thing is I’m new to home brewing but using similar equipment but on a small scale such as the SS Brewtech 1/2 bbl unitank sonthis stuff is still helpful but being new the chemicals used for cleaning is new to me so some names or better descriptions (names) of the ultrasonic cleaning and acid storage solutions would be a benefit also. I’m in Australia so the names maybe different but usually I can find the equivalent products. Cheers

Random water question: Do you run treated water across the board for cleaning, CIP? DI, carbon polisher, RO. I'm trying to figure where untreated city water ends in the brewhouse (apartment lol). Given scale buildup, unwanted ionic effect on CIP and cleaner conductivity, my answer is treated on everything coming in contact with product. Run water tank heater on the treated side, etc. Thanks

Hey jasper! Quick question. In my 7 bbl brewhouse, we have an on demand hot water heater along with our HLT of course. Our hose water comes out of the on demand hot water heater @140-145 degrees, and have entertained the idea of rewiring the thermostat in it to reach temps like 185. How do you achieve your high temp hose water?
