Are you serious? He has 0 fighting record and has been not respectful to a lot of people in the last few years. In the last few years he has been turning into Steven Seagal with the stories he tells bashing other guys and calling himself a real fighter and then you see a video of his supposedly sparring with Jones Jones they slap each other for a minute both laughing and you can’t really call it a fighting sparring. Interviews with Jai White in the last few years are a gift that keeps giving. In here he says he doesn’t want to say anything but it was antisemitic, so how he didn’t say anything? It’s probably a midlife crisis or something like that.

Not that at all. Last few years he has been calling himself a real fighter just like Seagal does and has been shitting all over on people. He literally has 0 record in any type of fight. He keeps talking how he is ‘out there’ with UFC guys sparring - what does it even mean? Those things he has been posting are not sparring. He is just an actor practicing martial arts like tone other guys and no one calls him out but he does it to other people. He has turned into a Steven Seagal in the last few years and it’s not about the Bruce Lee story.

Yep...Thing is, my friends ONLY 3rd degree black belt in shorinji ryu karate would beat MJW down do quick, your head would spin...It is NO QUESTION the best form of all karate, pure okinowan karate..Proof, a karate practitioner is isshinryu karate, said his 8th ( NO Typo 8th ) degree black belt in isshinryu karate sensei, COULD NOT stand a chance against my friends only 3rd...TDK is so much inferior to shorinji ryu...He said in a dopey way, YET MAKES HIMSELF clear, my friend ONLY using his shorinji ryu is machine an unstopabble robot and that he could ACCIDENATLLY put anyone in the ICU and on life support...Most forms of fighting use full, or near full force to do that and many say it's too dangerous to teach and use...Mike tyson using full force NEVER put anyone in the ICU...More proof, shorinji ryu RULES, the VERY FIRST comment that karate guy said, it's NUTS your friend does shorinji ryu...He LITERALLY said, NUTS...Thing is, my friend AGAIN ONLY using hs shorinji ryu would beat MJW...He still has a 5th degree black belt in judo, taught by judoka master, from Japan, which made him better at judo...He also has 1st degree balck belt in FUll CONTACT TKD, which is much more effective than regular TKD...He is also proficient at boxing and was a pro kick boxer, worked out w/ 400 pounds bench...MJW's little bit of this and that form of karate isn't NOTHING compared to shorinji ryu...PERIOD...My friend taught me at only 160 ripped, he would KO, tap out and just flat out the biggest, heaviest, best heaviest weights in the UFC.Bellator/MMA and Pride...When your at my friends the real deal legit hardcore pro, weight means nothing...He taught me, UFC guys don't train anymore than 6 years for their belts...I know that sounds wrong, but since he was the legit hardcore pro he knows it's true...Even my neighbors uncle had less than a black belt in jiu jitsu, in the UFC and that is ABSOLUTE JUNK for fighting...Do not mess w/ anyone w/a 3rd degree balck belt or higher in shorinji ryu, unless your life is in danger, or are VERY VERY good at fighting... Shorinji ryu is based on Kung fu a high degree of precision, speed, timing, distance and power...It also uses the hardest punch, the okinowan punch...My friend at age 5, trained, learned, sparred, lifted weights, fought as a pro etc, from 1976 through 2003....The only holywood actors who are good at fighting that could beat my friend are jet li, tony yaa and of course Bruce lee...Example...JCVD's WUSSY shotokan karate is so INFERIOR to my friend shorinji ryu and my frined would OBLITERATE him...Yes, MJW is great at fighting, but again his TKD, other bits of fighting here and there are FAR INFERIOR to my friends shorinji ryu, ALONE..My friend still has his other 4 forms of fighting, that wouldn't even be needed to beat MJW...Just saying and God bless :):)

Hey Bud...My friend watched the resturant scene for the first time and althougth it's chpreographed, it's still at full speed and he said to me, he just handed hm his leg...He picked right up on that...Again, for the first time he watched it and he taught me, aikido has gone by the wayside...PROOF, Judo is STILL better than aikido....No biggie, but a 100 pound woman can easily throw a 300 plus pound person using judo...He also said, just by watching that scene, he'd give segal ( SPELL ) more than he could handle...If you knew my friend, you'd know he is not a liar and he is 110% testosterone and his only loss as pro was by decision...MJW, Segal, have never fought in a league, and they are not pros, PERIOD !! His TKD and his little bits of here and there of his inferior forms of karate ( comapared to my friends shorinji ryu karate ALONE ) does not make him that good at fighting...He's probably above average to be fair...He talks smack, cuz he's never been REALLY CHALLENGED, ala against my friend...He'd be in a world of hurt and would barely be able to think about how to get out and could not react quick enough, in a pro, or street fight...I have explained why my friend is a LEGIT kiling machine on this thread...God bless !!

Even if I was some trained fighter, I"d still be nervous on whomever I would fight. You never know what someone is capable of.

I haven't seen Mike (Michael) since we were in college together at SCSU. He was heavy into martial arts back then and very dedicated so I have no idea what this Steven Segal guy is talking about. Things and people certainly change after 30+ years so I can't speak for present day however back then Mike was a genuinely nice person and very focused on what he was pursuing. He's worked very hard in that industry to get to where he is. It certainly didn't happen over night. No, he he's not a "tough guy" he's an experienced professional at what he does and I can't imagine he considers himself anything else. It's nice to see he's doing well.

Michael said a lot about Steven Seagal by not saying it haha.

I can all tell you why Seagal said to interviewer Chiovello that Michael Jai White is no tough guy etc. He said that because Michael Jai White told the same interviewer that he would like to punch Seagal. The interviewer showed Michael Jai White three pictures, one of van Damme, one of Kimbo Slice and the last one was of Seagal. The interviewer asked him: Who would you like to beat up? He he chose Seagal. So what do you expect would be Seagal´s answer? Jai White started the beef.
