    Fuhh antara video perkongsian yg terbaik bro, saya umur 48 tahun 2024, insyaAllah tahun ni target utk berlari FM yang pertama setelah hampir 4 tahun berlari, selama ini duk masuk HM, la ni setiap minggu saya akan buat LSD 3 jam sekurang2nya sekali selain larian2 yg lain, so far berjaya lari 25km non stop, pelan2 nak naik millage, doakan saya bro

    Saya masih belajar MAF. Seminggu cuma mampu 2/3 kali sahaja sepanjang 5km untuk 1jam :) hopefully dapat perubahan pada hujung tahun nih
