Woke up to a picture that Nik took with my little brother last night at the Underoath/The Ghost Inside show.... Thanks for being so cool and accommodating Nik.

I joined a band recently that is more on the melodic metalcore side and i needed a refresh on what true to the roots it was, first video I saw was Nik's. I knew then, this guy would nail it. Seeing you effortlessly shredding like that just pushes me to be a better musician. This is such a 00's-esque sound..🔥

Greatness all around! I swear @ 2:34 it switched to an early 2000's Underoath feel in a split second for a few seconds. Brought back memories 😢, for almost 10 seconds of that clean beautiful sound, I remembered some of my greatest times in my life & then snapped back, sad at the fact that I'll be 35 & will never have that part of me back, but I will cherish what I have & what's to come.
