It's not that Nick is super good. It's just most people suck. I'm probably at a higher level than nick and don't consider myself very good either. Nick's bar for good is probably set as Jason Richardson. Mine is set at Jeff Loomis. That's how it has to be if you don't want to suck like every body else.

My favorite acoustic intro from them is definitely, "All these things I Hate" BUT Tears Don't Fall's acoustic version is so good! It gives the song a much darker, sinister tone than the original and I love it so much
This is by far the most relatable a KZread guitarist has ever played. I think guitarist of all levels can relate to just picking up an acoustic and playing their favourite riffs and parts of songs. No need to try get some perfect recording or sound from an amp, no need to worry precise timing or notes, just messing and playing around. I'm gonna go do this exact thing now. Thanks for the reminder to play guitar for fun Nik!

I loved the acoustic ep you did a while back. You should consider making another one of those!
Love your acoustic vibe bro. Please do more vids like this!
I basically just relived my entire teenage years listening to this and that's exactly what I needed right now, thank you
Honestly enjoyed this more than your last several videos. Since my dad passed in 2020 I send more time playing his 67 Martin D35 than I do any of my electric stuff. You actually touched on a lot of my favorite riffs here. I learned a lot of these on my Kramer Striker 300ST, but enjoy them more on the D35. As I've gotten older it's just easier to vibe out with acoustic. Good video, enjoyed.
We need more videos like this Nik!!!

Amazing is what it was! I absolutely love acoustic songs, I actively seek metal/punk accoustic covers and would not be disappointed if you made a whole album of these 🤘
So pleasing to my ears. That was awesome Nik!
When you started playing Animal I Have Become and So Cold, I squealed like a little girl. Also, I would LOVE a full acoustic album of just guitar. The original tune portion sounded AMAZING
Love it ! metal bands playing acoustic is genuinely my fav genre
A lot of beautiful and nostalgic songs there, wonderful video
So coool! Saving this to learn every piece on my acoustic. And I would like to ask for part 2, cause there is always a new song pops up, you never heard, but it fits your taste perfectly!
Acoustic guitars will always be perfect. A metal song with a good acoustic part, of any kind really can also be piano can really make it transcend.
dude these songs brings back memories of my high school days in the early 2000s. AWESOME!
You need to playlist and name them songs… some absolute bangers I havnt heard or remembered. Great vid, love your stuff bro

Wow. It’s easy to forget how talented nik actually is. That acoustic cover of my curse sounds amazing.

Okay for the people who don't know, Nik has an original acoustic EP called Reflection and it's actually my favorite thing he's ever done, those songs are SO DAMN GOOD. Nik, please do more like that lol

I love how he said at the end that he had no idea what that was! He knew exactly what that was! Nik, you are a killer musician and just an overall master content creator! Much respect and keep up the hard work!
Always learn a new thing or two when you make these jam videos. As a guitarist, I really enjoy them
Me encantó la mención honorífica a Three Days Grace, una de mis bandas favoritas sin lugar a dudas. ¿Podrías así en plan favor, hacer algo relacionado a ellos?
