A couple of guys have said it sounds a bit like Currents. The newer Invent Animate stuff has a somewhat similar feel too!

No, but close - assuming a minor root, the piano chords go between the 6 and the 1 chord where the guitar chords go through 6, 4 6, 1, 7 before repeating again.
