    Great job, bro!! That's one tasty looking bird!! The "Holy Voodoo" is some pretty good shistuff too. It has just a little heat but not overpowering. It's great on chicken and pork steaks/chops. I really like the Meat Church rubs. I need to try their brine.

    I got it but haven't used it on chicken. I use it alot on sausages and burgers. On burgers it's probably my absolute favorite!

    I want to do a maple bourbon turkey for thanksgiving this year. Would this brine suit those flavors? I dont want something that taste like a bbq rub if you know what I mean. Great video by the way.
