I don't think it will be wise to pull the plug and start another year with a new manager but it will be wild for Poch to expect to stay another full season if he doesn't hit the ground running next season.

I dont want Poch to be sacked but he is crazy if he thinks Chelsea gonna let him in charge for 3-4y and dont improve this team and win throphies or better said nobody gonna wait 3-4 to fight for the PL and UCL, he said about Klopp that it took him 3-4y to make Liv play good and win throphies but what about Guardiola beside Liv/Klopp wasnt pressured to win the PL and UCL when Klopp took the charge of Liv. imo 1y is enough to make this Chelsea team fight for the PL and UCL, next season not gonna be acceptable to finish outside top 4 IF he does that I bet he will be fired and even if he finish top 4 if the conclusion is that he didnt did well he will be fired imo
He's affecting the team with weakness in mentality if he had won against mancity he would have beat Liverpool, but he isn't effecting a winning mentality tactical poor he's making a fool of himself as a manager

What is Nkunku and James made off? Should not get payed unless they play 90 minutes. They should be out of the club like pochettino

first I doubt Poch has the balls to put youngsters in the final like Klopp did, it was embarrassing tho to see the youngsters of Liv dominate Chelsea, if the players were tired he should had made all the changes it were available, Poch failed if he does that again in FA Cup i dont know what to say
